Joe brings over a decade of experience from the advertising and communications industry to his role at Fuse, where he oversees Finance, HR, IT, and provides strategic support to the company's owners. His background in account management and business development gives him a client-focused perspective on operations—he understands that smooth internal systems directly impact the quality of work delivered to clients.

Before joining Fuse, Joe served as Program Lead for the University of Alberta's mentorship program for entrepreneurs, where he managed operations and the entrepreneur pipeline. This experience deepened his skills in building systems that support growth while maintaining a personal, coaching-oriented approach to development.

At Fuse, Joe ensures the operational foundation is solid so the team can focus on what they do best. Whether he's managing financial systems, coordinating IT infrastructure, or working directly with the owners on strategic initiatives, his goal is the same: remove obstacles and create clarity.
