Tatyana Bond, M.SC., B.SC. HONS.

Knowledge Exchange Program Manager

Tatyana is a relationship-centered program manager and knowledge mobilization specialist. With a background in landscape ecology and a passion for conserving wildlife and biodiversity, Tatyana is known for building strong relationships, bringing people together across different perspectives, and translating complex ecological knowledge into practical insights to advance conservation in complex landscapes.

Tatyana approaches life with enthusiasm, curiosity and a strong commitment to helping others succeed. At work, she enjoys bringing structure to complex challenges and creating collaborative spaces where people are inspired to work together toward shared conservation outcomes. At home, you’ll find her exploring nature with her dog and kids, cultivating heirloom tomatoes, or cooking up dinner for family and friends.

Prior to joining Fuse, Tatyana co-developed and coordinated an innovative national, multi-jurisdictional program addressing complex caribou conservation challenges through collaboration and knowledge sharing. During this work she discovered a passion for program management and has enjoyed the evolution of her career from a landscape ecologist to a knowledge mobilization specialist.

Tatyana holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biology from Carleton University and an M.Sc. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Iowa State University.
